It’s Never Just Sticks & Stones | Pastel

After the success of the Operation: Social Justice I have received numerous messages asking if I could rerelease the colourway It’s Never Just Sticks & Stones - a hand dyed yarn inspired by the Scottish RespectMe anti bullying initiative. 

Given the current pandemic mental health care has become almost impossible to procure, having already been overstretched and underfunded for many years. In these stressful times mental health support is more necessary than ever and will continue as such long after we begin to return to what is deemed to be normality. As such, 25% of all proceeds from the sale of this colourway shall be donated to my chosen charity, SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health).

This is a slightly paler version of the original colourway available on a beautiful MCN 4plu base - a blend of merino and nylon with an added ooomph of luxurious cashmere for extra softness. There are only a handful of skeins available and once they’re gone they’re gone!

80% Superwash Peruvian Merino 10% Cashmere 10% Nylon

4ply: 400m/100g approx

Made using professional acid dyes and although every care has been taken to ensure that the dyes are completely colourfast there may be a small amount of crocking during the first wash and usage. For more information about how to care for your hand dyed yarns click here 

Although every care has been taken to portray colours accurately please bear in mind that they may vary depending on your monitor and colour perception. 

This yarn arrives in the form of a skein, if you would like your yarn to be pre-caked for you I am happy to provide this service at a cost of £3 per skein (not including minis or micros).
